Network Technician (IT/OT)

Maintain and support IT/OT network infrastructure across mill locations. Monitor network performance, manage incidents, requests, and changes. Support network upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and modernization. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure and services. Contribute to security improvements and compliance (NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST). Collaborate with local teams, vendors, and global IT functions. Participate in IT/OT integration and production infrastructure projects. Support disaster recovery and business continuity. Maintain technical documentation and standards. Assist with procurement and vendor management.

• Degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years hands-on network infrastructure experience in an industrial/OT environment
• Strong knowledge of switching, routing, VLANs, wireless, enterprise networking
• Experience with Cisco-based environments
• Understanding of network security principles
• ITIL experience a plus
• Fluent Swedish and English
