XLAIRS works on deep-data LLM projects, helping train and improve AI models through high-quality language data — spanning transcription, translation, audio, and video across multiple languages. The role involves accurately transcribing spoken Norwegian and following project guidelines and quality standards.

• Fluent, high-level Norwegian
• Strong English communication and comprehension
• Excellent listening and attention to detail
• Ability to accurately transcribe spoken Norwegian
• Good grasp of Norwegian vocabulary, grammar, and everyday speech
• Able to follow project guidelines and quality standards
• Nice to have: prior experience in transcription, translation, linguistic projects, annotation, or AI data work.
