Off-Cycle Analyst
About the role
Bank of America's Investment Banking division covers industry, product, and country teams across EMEA — including Consumer & Retail, Natural Resources, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Technology/Media/Telecoms, M&A, Leveraged Finance, and more. The Off-cycle Analyst Programme offers broad exposure across coverage teams, with extensive formal training, mentorship, and on-the-job support. Work on projects alongside bankers in industry, product, and country coverage groups, help deliver solutions to clients across the bank's capabilities, contribute to client presentations and financial analysis, build relationships and experience for future career opportunities, and take part in executing transactions, working with clients and other advisors.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- On track for at least a 2:1 (or equivalent)
- Fluent in French and English
- Genuine interest in financial markets, strong drive and innovation
- Teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and creativity
- Available to start January 2027, for 6 months (no deferrals)
- Nice to have: regional knowledge for Emerging Markets roles (sub-Saharan Africa, Russia, China).
