Payroll Specialist

About the role

Independently run payroll processing. Apply wage tax, social security, and collective agreement regulations. Maintain employee master data and time management. Prepare reports, certificates, and analyses. Support employees and act as the go-to contact for payroll-related questions. Assist with audits and coordinate with internal and external parties. Optimize and digitalize payroll processes.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in payroll processing
  • Solid knowledge of wage tax and social security law
  • Experience with construction industry payroll (Baulohn) a plus
  • Independent, careful, responsible work style
  • Confident with payroll software and related topics
  • Strong affinity for numbers, quality focus, and discretion
  • Team player, strong communicator, service-oriented
