Payroll Specialist

Take over payroll for multiple regions, Germany and Italy, from a modern Bratislava office or remotely. Capture payroll data in input files and pull reports from systems and portals. Answer payroll inbox queries and track actions by payroll month. Follow up on referral payments, sickness leave, and leave-of-absence reports. Run payroll checks, prepare the sign-off report, and attend the sign-off meeting with finance. Work closely with payroll and HR colleagues.

• Fluent English (German or Italian is an advantage)
• Previous payroll experience
• Advanced MS Excel (data analysis functions, pivot tables, data comparison; VBA not needed)
• CloudPay experience is an advantage; benefits systems experience is also useful
• Attention to detail, strong organisation, and ability to prioritise
• Independent decision-making and ownership of deliverables
• Flexibility with shifting hours and public holidays across regions

• Minimum gross monthly base salary from €1,800, with room to go higher based on experience, plus possible variable bonus
