Presence Care Worker (Präsenzkraft)

Support residents at an owner-run elder care home in Emsdetten, Germany. Assist with household tasks, create a pleasant daily structure, prepare and clear meals, assist during mealtimes, and serve as a point of contact for residents, families, and colleagues. Help shape residents' daily life to be varied, warm, and creative.

• Some prior experience in kitchen, hospitality, or elderly care is a plus
• Genuine enjoyment working with people, open and respectful with residents
