Print Media Technologist (Rotogravure)

PolyTALENT is placing an exciting position as a Print Media Technologist – Rotogravure at an established manufacturing company. Looking for skilled professionals with rotogravure experience — printers, print machine operators, or similar practical experience in the printing trade with a strong eye for color, print image, and quality. Responsibilities include setting up and preparing the rotogravure printing system per production specs, mounting print cylinders and adjusting machine parameters, creating and adjusting color formulas, fine-tuning color during the print run, inspecting print results, monitoring quality, and operating the system in 3-shift operation.

• Completed training as a print media technologist, printer, or similar
• Alternatively, solid work experience in rotogravure, flexo printing, or a related print production field
• Confident with color settings, print image control, and machine processes
• Technical understanding of production equipment and a good eye for color accuracy
• Reliable, quality-focused, team-oriented
• Willing to work a 3-shift system
