R&D Project Manager
About the role
XPANCEO is a deep tech company at the intersection of optics, biosensors, wireless tech, and wearables — building next-gen smart contact lenses. They work with major corporate clients exploring how their tech fits into their products. Office in EMEA. Looking for someone to turn vision into structured specs, own PoC projects end-to-end, coordinate between R&D, business, legal, and marketing, and keep the whole R&D portfolio organized in Notion — while working directly with enterprise-level corporate clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years in project/product management (B2B/hardware preferred)
- Technical background
- Experience with both startups and large companies
- Strong Notion skills
- English B2+
