About the role
Access is recruiting Recruitment Consultants in Dublin City Centre. You will build relationships with candidates and clients, negotiate and fill vacancies, and grow your own desk while managing performance against targets. The role offers a structured route from a starting role through 12 career levels with performance-led promotions and uncapped commission.
Requirements
- Retail management experience (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Retail Manager, or similar)
- Commercial drive and understanding of targets and results
- Confident communication: influencing, relationship building, and handling difficult conversations
- Ambitious and resilient, ready to move into a new industry
What we offer
- Base salary in the early €30Ks plus uncapped commission
- Indicative OTE: €46K+ in Year 1 and €75K+ in Year 2 for average performers; €50K+ in Year 1 and €79K+ in Year 2 for high performers
