Recruitment Marketeer
About the role
Tell BlueGem's employer branding story through real colleague stories, not buzzwords. Talk with teams to understand which profiles they're looking for and turn that into compelling job ads. Search and approach candidates on LinkedIn. Run job ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and job boards. Build partnerships with universities and colleges, represent BlueGem at recruitment fairs. Screen incoming applications and coordinate with HR.
Requirements
- Degree in communications or HR
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment marketing
- Available 32 hrs/week
- Energetic, enjoys reaching out to and engaging people
- Strong organizational skills, keeps overview of what needs to happen and when
- A genuine people person
- Fully fluent in Dutch, good English
