Registered Nurse – 1:1 Intensive Care
About the role
Provide basic and treatment care for patients requiring ventilation/intensive care. Prevent life-threatening situations and respond appropriately in emergencies. Support the patient's independence as much as possible. Support integration and participation in social life. Ensure and carry out the care process. Document according to applicable guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- Completed 3-year training as a registered nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Pflegefachmann/-frau, Altenpfleger, or Krankenpfleger/-schwester)
- No prior intensive care experience needed — thorough individual onboarding provided
- Empathetic, compassionate approach with patients
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine passion for nursing
What we offer
- Hourly wage: €21.92-€26.11
- Collective agreement pay with up to 150% (net) bonus system
