Security Systems Technician
About the role
Install, mount, and commission burglar alarm systems and related components at customer sites nationwide. Prepare equipment and components for installation, configure and parametrize systems, and check returned or used equipment for functionality. Perform maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnosis. Serve as the on-site point of contact, explain system operation, and hand over technical documentation. Support technical topics such as camera configuration, parametrization, timers, image documentation, logs, and remote support. Document work cleanly in the ticketing system. Coordinate with team lead, control centers, customers, backoffice, and technical teams.
Requirements
- No formal security tech training required — full onboarding provided
- Technical curiosity, hands-on attitude
- Reliable, careful, thorough documentation
- Friendly, professional customer-facing manner
- Independent, pragmatic problem-solving
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Willing to travel across Germany, driver's license Class B
- Good German, basic MS Office skills
