Senior Manager, Data Science

Lead a team of data scientists working at the intersection of machine learning, large language models, and cybersecurity. Set technical direction, translate business needs into research objectives, mentor the team, and work on problems at a scale of trillions of events a day.

• Master's or PhD in computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, or a related STEM field, or a bachelor's with equivalent experience
• 5+ years in data science and machine learning
• 5+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles
• Track record of taking ML projects from research to production
• Strong communication with senior and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to translate business problems into technical objectives and manage several projects at once
• Proven use of AI tools to improve decisions and workflows
• Bonus: cybersecurity expertise (threat intelligence, malware analysis, security operations), agentic AI or LLM work, large sparse datasets, ML operations, AWS and Linux, hiring and scaling data science teams
