SEO & Content Management Specialist
About the role
At brandpfeil, we create digital marketing solutions and digital products that users enjoy—and that help our clients succeed. A key part of that success comes from improving website visibility in both search engines and AI platforms, known as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). You'll work directly with the project team at our Hamburg digital agency and take ownership of tasks related to content management and SEO optimization from the very beginning—hands-on, without a long onboarding period. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating website content across various CMS platforms, implementing on-page SEO optimizations, assisting with content creation and content structuring, using AI tools to produce and optimize content more efficiently, and contributing to client SEO projects.
Requirements
- You work independently and take initiative to complete tasks.
- You're a fast learner and enjoy exploring new topics, projects, and systems on your own.
- You're confident using at least one of the following CMS platforms: WordPress, TYPO3, Kirby, or Shopware.
- You have practical experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your daily work.
- You have an excellent sense of writing and language. German proficiency at C2 level is required.
- You have a basic understanding of SEO.
- Ideally, you have experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console (GSC), Mangools, or XOVI.
