Shop Floor Manager

Tesco Ireland is hiring a Shop Floor Manager to lead a team delivering the best "home" shopping trip for customers. The role reports to the Deputy Manager and covers the store when the Store Manager and Deputy are absent. Responsibilities include creating an inspiring, welcoming environment for colleagues and customers, being responsible for the store when the Store Manager and Deputy are not present, ensuring your team is fully trained and validated in their roles, coaching and managing colleagues so they're in the right place at the right time, reviewing reports and systems to drive improvements for customers and colleagues, driving a zero food waste culture and managing date codes, recruiting colleagues who are passionate about customers, and leading cleaning plans and stock control, warehouse layout, and pricing accuracy.
