Social Worker/Social Pedagogue
About the role
Advise and support elderly people and their families in long-term residential care, offering guidance through important life situations. Advise and support residents and their families, organize admission and care processes, contribute to occupancy management, support social matters and crisis situations, collaborate with hospitals, authorities, social services and other partners, and promote social participation and quality of life.
Requirements
- Degree in social work or social pedagogy
- Enjoy working with elderly people
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Organizational talent, independent work style
