Social Worker/Social Pedagogue
About the role
Advise and support elderly residents and their families in long-term residential care, offering guidance through important life situations. Organize admission and care processes, contribute to occupancy management, support social matters and crisis situations, and collaborate with hospitals, authorities, social services, and other partners to promote social participation and quality of life.
Requirements
- Degree in social work or social pedagogy
- Enjoy working with elderly people
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Organizational talent, independent work style
