Sr. Payroll & Billing Specialist
About the role
Manage day-to-day multi-country payroll for the EMEA region (mainly Spain, also Italy and Germany). Streamline global payroll processes onto a single platform. Collect and review payroll data with HR, Operations, and Finance. Reconcile payroll inputs and upload to local providers (via PayZaar, ADP Celergo/WFN). Monitor vendor payroll processing and compliance. Generate and process accurate client billing. Mentor and train Associate Payroll & Billing Specialists. Serve as escalation point for payroll and billing inquiries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience (especially Spain)
- Experience with ADP, Workday, or Ceridian
- Experience with local-to-billing currency conversion
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Excellent English; Spanish preferred
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Degree in Finance, Business, HR, or related field
