Store Manager

Lead and manage a retail store for a celebrated Irish craft, design, and gifting brand in Galway city. Coach and inspire the store team to hit sales targets, maximize margins, and achieve retail KPIs (ATV, IPT, conversion, stock loss, Mystery Shop). Champion the brand through high-standard visual merchandising and store presentation. Drive customer loyalty via rewards programs, database sign-ups, and in-store campaigns. Monitor stock levels, optimize space management, and assist with store P&L oversight. Partner with Buying, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to capitalize on local market trends and optimize product line performance. Ensure exceptional day-to-day customer service, driving repeat business through cross-selling and deep product knowledge.

• Proven management experience in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
• Strong visual merchandising expertise and high operational standards
• Demonstrated track record in coaching, team development, and sales growth
• Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt to retail trends
• Natural brand ambassador mindset with excellent communication skills
• Must hold the right to work in Ireland
• Available for an on-site 7-day schedule
