Student IT Supporter
About the role
Satair IT Support is looking for a student worker to join their team in the Copenhagen office and warehouse, part of a global team spanning Copenhagen, Singapore, Beijing, and the US, providing 24/7 IT support. Responsibilities include resolving IT incidents, handling service requests like IT onboarding/offboarding, ensuring Identity and Access Management tasks, proposing ideas to improve IT Support, requesting IT equipment purchases and managing assets, writing and sharing knowledge articles, and working closely with Airbus's various Service Desks.
Requirements
- Currently studying in an IT-related field
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented, able to follow procedures
- Able to explain technical details simply
- Approachable, proactive, good under pressure
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, Google Workspace, or Windows OS is a plus
