Tech Lead Data & AI Developer
About the role
Develop, maintain, and optimize data and AI solutions with Python, PySpark, and Databricks. Build and maintain data and ML pipelines on Microsoft Azure and Azure Data Factory. Maintain regression and classification ML models and support their lifecycle in production. Build productive GenAI solutions with OpenAI models and APIs, including single- and multi-agent architectures. Develop LangChain and LangGraph solutions and RAG with document indexing and vector databases. Implement observability and monitoring with Langfuse. Develop REST APIs, work with PostgreSQL and SQL, and do data modelling. Support deployments across dev, test, and production; manage GitHub branches, pull requests, and releases. Write automated tests with pytest, validate code quality with SonarQube, and troubleshoot logs. Maintain documentation, contribute to the technical debt backlog, and work in Agile with global teams.
