Trainee Underground Infrastructure
About the role
Traineeship program in underground infrastructure. The program consists of a discovery phase (8 weeks) to get to know all Siers locations and departments (gas, water, electricity, telecom, heating/cooling, sustainable energy, installation technology, engineering, asset registration) and a deep-dive phase (4 weeks) to work within one or two departments of choice. A personal buddy guides the trainee throughout the program. Past trainees have moved into roles like work planner, (junior) site supervisor, and project controller.
Requirements
- A (nearly) completed bachelor's degree (HBO), max. 4 years of work experience
- Motivation to learn the world of underground infrastructure
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Driver's license B
