Traineeship – Underground Infrastructure
About the role
A traineeship in underground infrastructure at Siers in the Netherlands. The program begins with an 8-week discovery phase to get to know all Siers locations and departments, covering gas, water, electricity, telecom, heating/cooling, sustainable energy, installation technology, engineering, and asset registration. This is followed by a 4-week deep-dive phase working within one or two departments of your choice. A personal buddy guides you throughout the whole program. Past trainees have moved into roles such as work planner, (junior) site supervisor, and project controller.
Requirements
- A (nearly) completed bachelor's degree (HBO), max. 4 years of work experience
- Motivation to learn the world of underground infrastructure
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Driver's license B
