Volunteer/Student

We're looking for an enthusiastic volunteer or pedagogy student to provide 1-on-1 support to a child or young adult with a disability who isn't yet comfortable in a group setting — offering personal attention, trust, and room to grow. Support sports and creative activities, give individual attention to participants where needed, work alongside a committed team of volunteers and professionals, and help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

• Pedagogy student (HBO/WO) with an interest in sport and inclusion
• Affinity for working with children and/or people with disabilities
• Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
• Available 5 hours/week
• Good communication skills
