Warehouse Team Lead

Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Coach your team and drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Coordinate daily activities during the morning Blue Box briefing. Keep Customer Service informed on performance and daily priorities. Monitor productivity, proactively resolve operational issues. Contribute to process improvement projects. Track KPIs and ensure targets are met. Work with the WMS (CargoWRITE) and handle people-related admin tasks.

• At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse team lead or similar role
• Strong command of English, Dutch preferred
• Energetic, results-driven, comfortable addressing challenges head-on
• Strong social skills, able to inspire and manage a team toward targets

• Salary: €2,751.57-€3,632.40 gross/month (40 hrs/week), per DSV Solutions collective agreement
• Day shifts, alternating weekly between 07:00-16:00 and 09:00-18:00
