YouTube Growth Manager
About the role
Accordio is looking for a YouTube Growth Manager to grow their YouTube channel into a global powerhouse. The role involves building and executing the YouTube strategy for longform and shorts, developing video formats, series and content strategy, writing or structuring scripts with the host, handling post-production, editing and story pacing, crafting thumbnail and title strategies, publishing videos with SEO optimization, analyzing performance data (CTR, watch time, retention, AVD) and optimizing, adapting content for Instagram and other platforms, and establishing clear production and publishing workflows.
Requirements
- Genuine love for YouTube as a strategic medium, not just as a viewer
- Video editing experience (Final Cut, Premiere, or similar)
- A good eye for thumbnails, storytelling, and performance
- Structured, independent, results-driven approach
- Proven YouTube experience (own channel or client projects)
